1. CHANGE GOODS

If we have made a mistake in sending you the goods, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the package, writing to info@hircusfilati.com clearly stating the defect and/or error, you are entitled to an exchange, without charge or expense, upon return of the material shipped.

It is compulsory to contact the seller before returning the goods.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and within the limits of Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999 the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, if not satisfied, by sending, within and no later than 14 working days of receipt of the goods, an email to info@hircusfilati.com. The methods and times of return are the same indicated in the previous point. The D. L. also provides that an essential condition to exercise the Right of Withdrawal is that the goods are returned intact and in their original packaging, and that the cost for shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Any returns must be agreed and authorized, parcels will not be collected without authorization.

It is essential to carry out adequate washing and ironing tests on a sample of each yarn before continuing with the processing. No complaints will be accepted on processed yarns without having carried out adequate prior tests.

3. CHANGE

Should the Customer, for whatever reason, wish to exchange or return the goods, he shall be entitled to exchange them for other goods of the same value as the price paid for the purchased product. The Customer shall bear the shipping costs. The exchange will be made in full. In case of refund, this will be done, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the customer or by Paypal.
